Last of the bellies, collars and fillets into the smoker to make room for this years catch
Easy overnight brine
White sugar
Brown sugar
Kosher salt
Wster
Lemon zest
Garlic powder
Brine overnight, good rinse then generous amount of Salmon rub with love
Couple hrs on Traegar smoke setting
Does not get any easier or tastier
