Last Night as a Sixty Something

The absolute love of my life, and partner of 46+ years is turning 70 tomorrow. She deserved a special dinner to celebrate, and then the next two days are going to be hosted by kids and grandkids. Four Prime ribeyes, stripped the caps and saved the inners for later. Two caps per bundle, tied into crowns, with butchers string. Only the best and most tender for my wife. Hasselbeck potatoes with butter and Parmesan, and breaded green beans. Rare for me, and med rare on hers.

The LOML turned 70 last September. We're just a couple years short of your 46.

I usually take her out to dinner on her B Days but there's no restaurants around here that could prepare a meal like that!!
