Man, I hope Idaho draws for tags soon, I need a cow hunt soon. I am really getting skinny in the freezer for game meat. Found this half a backstrap, marinated it for 3 days, and grilled to perfection tonight!!! Sometimes I'm glad the wife does not eat game.
EVO, soy sauce, Worcestershire, GSP and red pepper flakes. Life got in the way, and I had to do other dinners ahead of it. Not a true marinade, for that long, as it got really solidified in the container and probably didn't get absorbed a lot.
