Lasal mountains cow tag.

I just drew a Lasal Lasal Mountains rifle cow elk tag. This is my first elk hunt ever and we spent 3 days scouting last week there. Hiking, driving roads.. did not see any elk or sign. We concentrated on the southeast corner by Mt. Peale, South Mountain areas. I’m seeing that the Elk all move onto the Redd Ranches as soon as the shooting starts? Any advice on where to even start there? Would just love to harvest my first elk but flying blind on where to be opening morning on that unit even after a big scouting trip we did.
