There's only Rainbow Meats in town currently. They do a reasonable job. 17th and Grand.

We used Rainbow last year, they are the only game in town from what I could find. Cheyanne has more options but its a 45 mile drive. Rainbow was decent, I would probably use them again just your basic paper cut and wrap no vacuum packing or anything.

There used to be a good processor in West Laramie, but its been a couple of decades since I lived in the area...
