Landowner Tag Requirements

Does anyone know what the requirements are in Nevada so that you can get landowner tags? Do you have to own a certain amount of land? Do you have to have a certain amount of animals using your property? Does anyone know the answer?

I know with deer its one tag for every fifty deer. Not sure on the amount of land. You would think it would have to be compastaion for damage or loss of income.
