Landowner List?

It has been a few years since I have been back to Wyoming for a deer hunt. Back then I could call the Game and Fish and request a landowner list and the would send it out to me. This would be for 2015 hunting season. I called today and they no longer have landowner lists. I am looking to hunt in the Douglas area. Does anybody have an older list or a connection to a landowner looking to allow a group of hunter hunt on their land? We have been paying a trespass fee of $100 in the past but they closed the ranch to archery hunters only. Any info will help.

I called the Casper office. I have looked on the Douglas Chamber of Commerce and the Converse County website and nothing there either. How crowded are the Walk-in areas?
