Whatever Overton. Folks, that's no trail cam photo. Overton set up a blind for days chumming those waters to get a glimps of that trophy class animal. Matter of fact, when the creature swam in to the honey hole he ran out of chum and tried to shove Gridman into the dangerous waters as live bait. Fortunately, Gridman came out alive minus one pair of Ray Bans. After that, we had a lengthy, heated discussion, over the ethics of using live human bait to lure in such a deadly animal.

Speaking of turtles, there was a call dispatched about an animal blocking a travel lane of a two lane county road the other night. 50 shows up and it is a 180 pounder right in the middle of the road just a sun taning. I should of run up and snapped a pic for your photo album. Don't see that around these parts very often. No idea where it came from.
