Looks to be Damascus Lock Back!

Must not be China Made?

If it was,it'd have 'Made in China' on it!(They must be Proud of their China Built BS!)

Don't see a Name/Brand on it?

Seems to be Solid!

Just wondering what You might know/Think RELH?

Bess it looks like you got some middle East Damascus from around Pakistan or India. If it holds an edge you got lucky and that little village blacksmith found some good scrap 1095 or 1080 steel. If it does not, you got low carbon steel or a piss poor heat treatment that did not harden the steel. Even if it is a "fair" knife, still good for everyday work that you might need a knife for. Just do not try to shave with it.
