During the summer it's not uncommon here in southern CA for bears, coyotes, and lions to hit residential neighborhoods for quick and easy meals. Most of the time the critters make their escape, but there are instances where they have to be either trapped or put down. In this case, this was an unprovoked and dangerous incident that merits the lion being put down.

Heard the lion growl, turned around as it was charging him & he kicked it in the face but the lion got a lucky shot in and managed to scratch his leg? hahaha yeah that story adds up! Sounds like he needs to lay of the Chuck Norris movies. LOL
