I was the only one out of my group of four that drew a A9 tag for Kansas. That goes along nicely with my Idaho sheep tag and Colorado elk tag. Busy fall ahead.

Great tag I hunted Kansas for the first time last year and killed a nice 5X5. I also drew a bighorn sheep tag in Idaho. What unit?

The sheep tag is 42-2, the Owyhee River Canyon. I had good luck in Kansas also, last season. I killed a mainframe 9 point that had five more big points around the base, grossed 157".

Nice! Mine wasn't that big probably 125-130. That whitetail hunting is addictive! Much less work than sheep or mulies or elk... LOL. Did you kill a sheep with bow?

Sorry, just re-read your posting it sounds like your sheep tag is for this year. Are you going to try and bowhunt it?
