Just wondering?

I was just wondering if any of you might know about when the whitetail in east texas and west Louisiana might start dropping thair sheds. I am from AZ so I am used to looking for elk and muledeer sheds but I am stationed in Louisiana in the Army. I have found three here so far but they are all old. Any info would be great.
