January Bowhunt

I'm gearing up for January and my pops is flying out on the 8th until the 15th. We're both avid trad bowhunters and look forward to getting on some muleys. I'm concentrating on 23, and calling out to all you muley hunters for any advice on 23 or anyone who's looking for a good hunting partner for the future. I left all of my hunting buddies back east so my dad's flying out here for father and son quest of the west. I'll take any advice, I'm not looking for a guide or someone with a secret spot, I'm just looking for deer...I'm a bow hunter..I just want some meat. I've been out here in "the zone" for just over a year. I also drew a archery only javi tag in 37A.....can't wait!

This is my first year hunting in unit 23. I've been out the last 2 days and will be going in the morning. And possibly a few days next week. I let you know what I find.
