If APD wouldn't have been trying to pull this guy over in an effort to keep citizens and pedestrians safe from drunk drivers in the first place he wouldn't have had to run from them!!

Sickening. This is exactly what a cop-hating attitude gets you.

It also appears the vehicle was stolen from a Ft. Hood soldier, though the police haven't confirmed that just yet.
