Talk about bad timing ?
The ?Global Warming? crowd may want to get a clue and a better sense of timing when it comes to holding events. Buffalo State College hosts the national teach in conference on Global Warming Situations on the very day that local temperature bottomed out at minus 6 degrees. It is kind of hard to get serious about global warming when one cannot feel their toes due to the cold. Also, would not it have been ironic for those attending the conference that it took more time to warm up their cars than to actually travel to the event?
No evidence of global warming here, at least not this morning, when unofficial reports to the National Weather Service listed temperatures as low as 9 degrees below zero elsewhere in Erie County.
