i have the option of buying a fujinon spotter used 20x60 for
450$ is it worth it or do all the vortex lovers know what they are talking about, let me know

I believe that Fujinon makes some pretty good spotting scopes. I would find out what this scope cost new, and then use that to help me make my decision. You could also try contacting some optics dealers that sell them, and ask their opinion. Give the guys down at Outdoorsmans in Phoenix a call and ask them what they think. Of course they're probably gonna try and sell you something else while they've got you on the phone. Do a general Google search for Fujinon spotting scopes, and you should come up with some good links to do a little research. Scott
