Iphone spotting scope mount?

Sounds dumb I know, but I like the pictures I get with it and also like having them on my phone. I would like to make a mount that is completely detatchable when not in use. Anyone got any ideas?? Thanks!

i have been wondering about doing the same thing. all i can think of right now is buying a cheap hard case and try to make something to attach it so that you can just pop your iPhone in and out of the case(adapter) I just cant figure out how to go about it.
