This court case involved an injunction sought by SCI against the USFWS. What makes it interesting is the fact that the Federal District Judge in Washington D.C. that heard the case and rendered a decision is Judge Amy Berman Jackson. This same judge will soon be entering a decision on the Wyoming Wolf Plan that was approved in 2012.
I don't know if anything can be gleaned from this opinion, but I think it is odd that a Federal District Judge from the D.C. Circuit is now hearing multiple cases where the interest of hunters is a factor.
