Instant grand slam

I gotta agree. I only have half and I wouldn't sell it. Sometimes when people die their families sell their stuff. Maybe it's something like that. I know a lady who GAVE her late husbands slam and a bunch of other mounts to a non-profit. And I know another family who had what was then a top ten ranking nontypical mule deer and when the husband died they sold it. Prety cheap too, I heard. Never could understand it especially since some of the kids hunted.

Of course the description doesn't say it's a registered slam. Maybe they pieced it together.

I would rather take my own slam and never be able to see the heads again then buy someone elses!

I heard of a kid who took a huge whitetail in Texas, dad sold the rack for his college tuition. Seemed like a painful, but good, idea.

As much as I love my trophies if I got offered a years pay and a copy of the mount it would be gone and half the money used for more hunting!
