What does a big whitetail score in Idaho? Being from Wisconsin a big whitetail would be 150" or better. I keep hearing about how good the hunting is un northern Idaho, but what do the bucks score.

Having grown up in WI and now been living in WY for 16 years I'll say this. The hunting in Idaho or any other western state for that matter blows Wisconsin away. But the top end and a chance for a real pig of a buck is better in WI. The whitetail bucks in WY, MT and ID are generally small bodied and thin horned when compared to midwest bucks but the overall hunting is so much better than WI that I prefer hunting the west. Alberta is my favorite place to hunt whitetail.
