Idaho turkey Preston area

Just wondering if anyone had some info on where I might be able to find a place to turkey hunt in the fall general hunt that starts Sept. 15th. This hunt covers units 73, 74, 75, 77, 78. I have done some homework looking at maps etc. Where would be a good place to try for a turkey? Just general areas . Is there alot of private land and is it hard to get permisson to get on? Are the turkey numbers good? Are there some areas that a person can get on public land to hunt them? I have hunted turkeys in the spring but never in the fall so this will be different for me. Isn't that Utahs turkey hunt in Idaho. Be perpared for plenty of company from your southern neighbors. Thats a tough hunt, lots of competition and lots of private property. Good luck.
