Idaho Sheep guides any unit? thinking of applying

I really want to kill a sheep. I been thinking of applying in Idaho to increase my chances of hunting wither bighorn/california bighorn. I figure with the economy as bad as it is now and the wolves as thick as they are now this could be an easier to draw year. I would like to have an idea of what outfitter could take me on the long shot that I do draw a tag.
