Idaho Blaze Orange

I'm sure that I have overlooked it in the proc but do you need to wear orange in Idaho on rifle hunts?? I drew out the 66A 76 second rifle elk hunt in mid October

its not required but I'd suggest at least a hat...esp, after what happened to that lady that looked like a bear...just my .02!
