ID Unit 78 Moose

Have been scouting Unit 78 for moose and wondered if anybody might offer a suggestion or two. Spent some time scouting the lower ends of Paris, St. Charles, Miles and Fish Haven (snow is limiting me right now), but not seeing a whole lot? Should I keep spending more time in there or maybe scout some other areas? Any advice or suggestions would be appreciated.

I work over in the bear lake area and travel to fish haven regularly and always see some good bulls in the area in late summer just keep scouting
