I know I'm whining but!..I wrote and talked personally to the Fish And Game Commissioner 10 years ago and Suggested the bonus point System for Calif. way back then.
I know a guy who has drew a Calif. Elk tag twice and X-5b three times...that's just plain wrong...for an antelope tag once you draw you can't apply for 10 years...why not with elk and X- zones tags being something like a three year waiting period...?...hey if you don't take a Trophy that's your prob, shall I start a Petition or what..?..
I'm just getting too old to be waiting for one of the good tags..man!..my knees are failing and so is my back by the time I get drawn I'll be to old to hike....
