It took years for the cover down in the river bottom to grow back. We just started getting alot of wildlife back. The deer would come up into my yard and eat the fruit trees. Caught a coon last week. Maybe it will grow back faster this time ? Its hard to say it still under water.
Yes it is nice that the house is still here and not in Mesquite. haha The dike did its job for sure.
