The judge found me NOT LIABLE!!!

The poor City Prosecutor about had herself a hissy fit in the courtroom! I thought the judge was going to find her in contempt. I was trying not to grin too big until I walked out!

Permagrin for me today!!!!

City Hall goes DOWN baby!! WHOOOOO HOOOOO!!!

For all of you who told me just to take my licks and pay it, I appreciate the heartfelt advice, appealing it really only saved me $25 in the end, but that is $25 I can spend on hunting supplies, or ammo, or even just feed my kids!

Sticking it to the MAN feels GOOD!!

I convinced the judge that it was a judgement call and while he didn't agree with my judgement he felt the circumstances warranted that it was and that the evidence proved that I did make the right call.

Don't think the judge cared about my religious preference, he just thought I made a judgement call and I am glad he did!

No - but I thought about joking about it a little! The old judge was pretty solemn so I respected the decision - said "Thank you" and walked out of the court! I tried to refrain from smiling so big until I got outside but when I did, I did a few fist pumps in the air.
