Hunting year round on the reservation in NV?

My hunting partner is a Shoshone indian. We have been told that the Shoshone's can kill deer on there reservations anytime of year. Does anyone know if this is true? If so how does he go about getting permision or tags? The Lee res. in the Ruby mountains has some great bucks this time of year! We just want to make sure we are 100% legal.

He will be asking them. Im sure you understand though that even though I cant do anything but tag along, it still excites me! That is why I am posting here while he handles his end. Thanks for the "due respect" .
