So I've been offered a boar hunting trip to Hungary this year. Does anyone with experience have any tips on regulations, location, climate etc.? Anything would be useful.
I've never hunted over there, so the only thing I could help you with is the climate. I lived in Romania for a couple years. And I even lived near the boarder of Hungary. The climate is pretty similar to that of Utah's. It can get pretty warm in the summer (in the 90 degrees) but the winters are MUCH COLDER (well below 0.) I saw plenty of boars and roe deer on the edge of the forests.
