hunters orange

Anyone know if you need to wear hunters orange in the wasatch extended archery area this weekend. I tried looking at the hunting tables for special hunts that may be up there and damned if I could figure it out.

If someone has a handle on it and would not mind posting the dates that we need to wear it you would be doing everyone a service.

if there is a centerfire rifle hunt going on in the unit you are hunting then you need to wear orange

The Wasatch Anyweapon Moose hunt is going on and the Wasatch Any weapon Elk is also in progress. If you look at both hunt bounderies they take in the Wasatch front. I am sure there has been tons of bowhunters since last Saturday when these hunts started still wearing camo on the Wasatch front.

I am sure if you look closely at the boundary description which I am not at right now, but you will see that the only place that a centerfire hunt takes place is between I-80 and the road north of the mountain dell golf course and that road goes up to the top of the mountain that over looks coalville area. The rest of the Wasatch Front is Archery ONLY! Good luck and maybe call the DWR for a better description if your still confused!
