If you are staying at one of the hotels next to the expo, there are a couple of bars right there too you can walk to...
Dont remember the names of them but you will see them, everything is in the same area right there within a couple of blocks...

Find a Buffalo Wild Wings. I went there once and by the end of the night all TV's were on the fights. You will want to get there about an hour before they start. It fills up fast.
