Hunitng Management Areas for Antelope??

Hope someone can help me out. I've been trying to do my homework on how to find a place to hunt antelope in Wyoming. Anyway, on the WDFW website it talks about Hunter Management areas. Are these worth looking into? I'm having a heck of a time finding a place to hunt - like most I suppose. Its tough "scouting" from a thousand miles away. Anyway, anything that someone can tell me about these places I'd sure appreciate it.
Got my first antelope tag last year in my home state of Oregon - only took 11 years to draw so really want to hunt goats again and not have to wait 10-12 years.

THE HUNTER MANAGMENT AREAS WILL HOLD A FEW ANTELOPE,ENOUGH THAT YOU CAN USUALLY GET ONE OR TWO.For deer or elk I would not recomend them but for antelope they will do.
