Way to go!!! I love watching this unfold. I keep checking this section every few hours to see if you've found anymore.

Littlefoot, awesome pics. I was curious to know if you hunt public land or are you on a private ranch or something. Is there any competition for you????

Keep up the sweet finds!!!!

Nice work littlefoot, anticipating each new one like everone else. Also wondering if you're on private. Doesn't matter either you're lucky or it's nice to know they are lying around on public somewhere.

thank you all....i been bustin' my arse the last 2 days lookin' for the other side...it's gotta be right there...dang, but i'll go back tomorrow..did find a coupla smaller 6's in the process, but i want this one...by the way, this is all on state land...anyone is welcome. ran into 2 young fellas yesterday in the area...they were just kind of 'bumbling' along on the trail...they had a beautiful matched set of a heavy 6x6...is probably 330 to 340...they said, 'gee, they were just laying there next to each other'...they said they weren't coming back to this area, cuz they didn't see many bulls. after they left, i cried....

Littlefoot, youre killin me. Just curious, do the bulls in your area always shed this early? I am from western MT and there are exceptions for sure but most of our mature bulls 330+ shed on average around April 1st to 5th. Smaller bulls around third week of April. Very interesting, wish I had some elk shed pictures to share with you from 05, but all these dudes are still packin. Thanks for the picks, looks like youre in horn heaven. Never been there in person, only in my dreams.

Wow, that is a sweet bull Littlefoot! Congrats, and BEST of luck to find his match!!!
