No. I think that everyone that hunts with a bow should know how to tune their own equipment. Read a few books to get a basic understanding of the mechanics, then it is pretty easy after that.

Spend some time on bowsite.com or the company site for the brand you shoot and you should be fairly competent within a few weeks.
