How to question??

Would any of you that have made items out of sheds please help. I would like to know how you connect the antlers together. Do you drill through the contact points and epoxy pins in? Or, do you screw them together? If you do screw them together should you epoxy the screws in? What type and size screws are used and what type of putty do you cover the heads with? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Kilowatt.............I am to a novice lamp maker, I picked it up a few years ago. I also have the same question. I use screws then fill the holes with epoxy. I then cover the holes with a little bit of wood glue mixed in with the bone shavings. What other methods are out there?
