How big is this moose?

An old friend of mine, James, shot this moose in northern Utah. I don't know much at all about moose. What would you guys guess it scores?

I'd guess 130ish. Not many points and the paddle width isnt the greatest but it has a nice spread.

A nice bull. mid 40's on width and close to 140.

The bull is 50.5" wide and is a 8x9. He has forks out front
so I dont know if this helps his length on that particular palm
measurement of not. I just want to get a rough idea on score.

The forks out front will help the palm length measurement. In looking at the picture, I would say that the scores you have been given, 130-135, are probably really close.

Even a more accurate score would be great-looking-bull and 3/8". Congratulations.

McB - Very good looking moose. Go to B&C website for score sheet info and sample chart to do yourself. Without knowing all the measurements and seeing other angles, I'd have to figure it about 147-150 gross, and net around 143-146. Circumference looks light so only 6.75-7.00"? The long points are beauty's but it would have been nicer to have it as palm width, with 2" tines for score. Still gorgeous tho!
