how bad?

i am getting the e-mail updates from the idaho game and fish and the winter sounded tough on the critters. did i pick a bad year to luck out and draw a moose tag?

I would be concerned,but 15 yrs of unsuccessfull draws in Idaho(deer ,elk,antelope), i expect another wasted license this year.
