I have a good friend whose son in law drew a Unit 7 (Wy.) elk tag and needs some help. He's a good shot, and will be rifle hunting but he is not an experienced hunter. He is young, so he can work hard and is willing to do that, but he needs to know the best way or some leads on how to secure permission to access some good areas to hunt. Are there any of you out there that would be willing to help this young guy out? If you know some good areas, that are hard to get to because of access problems, and you know who he can talk to or arrange a fee to get to the good spots, this lad would really appreciate the information.
