Unbelievable!!! But in reality it isn't. People are allowing/ excepting this kind of crap in todays society. People need to draw a line in the sand, enough is enough, I would like to get my hands on the two brothers, and the buddy!!!!(Tie a leash on them and throw it around a two inch ball) Put the little boy up for adoption so a couple that cant have kids can give him a chance in hell to grow up to be a young man one day..
There is no consequences for peoples actions anymore. So the cycle continues.

One of the big problems with cases like this is the fact the courts are so reluctant to remove the child from the home. I have seen cases of abuse worse then this and within the year the child is placed back under the care of the abusing parents just because they bull$hitted the courts and stated they have ammended their ways. Then I got the call to go back out there and investigate another case of abuse.

A young child in this circumstance would have a far better chance in life if removed from the home and put up for adoption by a couple who could love the child and be responsible parents to that child.

I saw that when I went to court a couple of years ago. Some guy posed a sexual device pointed towards a sensitive are of my 4 year old grand niece's (clothed)body. Cops couldn't prove anything because the faces were hidden just enough.

The little girl ended up going back to the mom and her 'special friend'.
