Well I finally got my moose back from the Taxidermist.
It took some work getting him through the front door and up on the wall, but it was well worth it.

This is a Utah Wasatch moose.
He was scored at 168 7/8 gross and 163 3/8 net Boone and Crockett.

Great bull and really nice mount!

No doubt you have a tight squeeze getting him into your house. Did you ever consider a detachable antler(or two) once you had him officially scored???

I looked into the detachable antler thing, but I wanted the real thing up on the wall. Plus why add on more cost?
Overall it worked out great, and is up on the wall.

Looks like ya had fun with the little to the left--little to the right....!

I am kinda lucky as I can open my double doors via the patio area that is a straight shot thru the dinning room into my Trophy Room.

Wow, that's a nice shiras bull! Very cool looking mount. I botched the cape job on my bull and am having a european done instead. Congrats on the beautiful trophy.
