Manny that agency buying training and duty ammo for their law enforcement arm is not the "black covert" issue some are trying to make.
What should really be the issue is that they have around 250 investigators that investigate SS fraud. We pay these 250 investigators a salary of 45-70 thousand per year and they only made a total of just over 500 arrests for last year. That is only 2 arrests per agent for the intire year. That is a severe misuse of public funds and they need to be cut back to about 75 agents or less.
