I picked up a gal hitchhiker last fall along that desolate stretch between Evanston and Woodruff----there by Desert L&L...on one of my trips up to elk hunt.
It was like 0600 and still kinda dark----
She was some Russian girl heading to Jackson for her job.
She sure could not speak English very well and the only Russian word I knew was Vodka.....
Kinda commical the looks we got getting fuel and a snack in Cokeville as I think many people thought she was my Young Mail Order Bride.....

I've picked up a few and had a few drivers "rescue" me over the years. If you're out-and-about enough it will happed.
