That's a great Billy you got, I have a tag here in Utah my ? is how is the meat??? Did make any steaks or roasts or just jerky and salami???
 
So far I am just eating the T loins the reast is being cut and wrapped.
A little Kona Coast Spicy Teriyaki and BBQ has been great.
