Sorry - couldn't tell she was handicapped. If you know her personally and she is then I sincerely apologize to you and to her and her family. To tell you the truth, the thought that she might be handicapped and in a college band never crossed my mind. I just thought she looked really bored.
That being said - the dancers in the video however could very well qualify for being riddled - according to your criteria.
Any thoughts Homer? Still haven't heard from you on this one.
