Help with Hunt 1068 (Area 63A) Either Sex DEER

Hey, my buddy has an either sex mule deer tag for controlled hunt 1068 (Area 63A). The hunt goes from October 5th until November 8th. It is short range only.

We are thinking about going out this weekend and looking and are not sure where to go really...He isn't picky for a huge buck or anything, he would even take a doe.

Does anybody have any help, input, or possible places to find some deer?

lots of whitetails in the area, not much help for you with the mulies

I would recommend getting a blm map of the bottoms and talking to as many landowners as possible but he shouldn't have any problems finding the game especially when the snow flies
