HELP with Digiscoping?

Need some help from the optics gurus. I have a nikon prostaff with the 20-62x82mm. Picked up the multi fit camera adapter at cabellas and was wondering about the eye pieces. Will it work with the eye piece that came with the scope? I notice there are are about 5 different eye pieces on some websites. I like the adjustable eye piece that came with the scope when just using my eyes.. I am brand new to digiscoping, never done it. So any help will be great. Heck maybe even post some picks of wildlife once I get it all figured out!!

There are two different sizes for he Cabela's digiscope adapter. The large fits 1 3/4" - 2 1/2" eyepiece. The small fits 1 1/8" - 1 3/4" eyepiece. I'm just getting started with all of this as well. I have a Burris scope with a 1 3/8" eyepiece. I think the Nikon has a larger eyepiece? I can actually get my setup to work well without an adapter. Let me know how the Cabela's adapter works out.
