Help w/ E. Murderers Cr cow tag???

A friend of mine who has a really bad knee and his dad who doesn't get around to well drew cow tags for E. Murderers Cr....

I have never hunted it and I was hoping someone could give me some general info so I could point them in the right direction..

Any info like a place to camp, and a general areas to look at would be awsome! Thanks in advance for any help!!
