16x20 wall tent with front and rear doors, screens storm flaps, 2 side windows, 5 foot wall, metal frame, heavy rain fly with 8? porch extension, clean and dry, little soot around stove jack. Has a heavy vynl tarp floor, fire rig for stove. Rebar heavy stakes. About 4 years old used only about 5 week total.
Bags for frame, bag for fly, bag for tent etc.
10 oz canvas with fire treatment and water/mildew treatment.
To order new from the company it is $1900.
Only issue is a small 8? rip in the sod floor edge. Canvas still solid.
What is a good asking price? $1300?
