Help for a 100M muzzleloader tag

Can anyone out there give me some useful information for this tag? I would like to know what units are good hunting, and when does the rut start for blacktail deer?
I have never hunted blacktail deer before and any information would be great! Thank you in advance for your help.

i can only tell you, the rut is Usually hot around the 15th of Nov.....
