Heavens gate road?

I was up the first 8 days of the season in unit 18 and the road up high to the top was snow covered and not driveable..Has anyone been up recently and knows if it melted? thx

I was packing in some drop camps across the river in Oregon and could not believe the amount of snow that was up high around the 7 Devils considering the warm temps we have had in Lewiston (60-70s) the last week. I do not know whether or not the road your write of is open. Good Luck

I figured with the warm temps last couple weeks that it may of melted.
